ARI wind turbines come with warranties of 10 years for blades, 5 years for electric components and 5 years for tower. ARI wind turbines are designed to last for more than twenty years. This is due to their robust design, the quality of materials and their anti-corrosion treatments. Our generators are fully enclosed and sealed, fully protecting them from exposure to the elements.

As a result routine maintenance is minimal. A visual inspection of the support structure and turbine should be carried out every year. All electrical equipment should be inspected annually, checking for signs of overheating, arcing and water ingress plus all terminal connections should be checked for tightness. Once every two years it is necessary to replace the yaw motor gearbox oil. ARI trained technicians are always available to carry out maintenance, service and repairs.

Training:

ARI Green Energy prides itself on its unique turnkey operation, from manufacturing to sales to installation to system commissioning. Where possible every step in the process is carried out by ARI employees, on rare occasions installation may be carried out by authorized and ARI certified installers.

To become an ARI Authorized Installer, installers must attend an “ARI Certified Installers Course” at our headquarters in North Florida.

Courses content:

Day 1 – Product familiarization

Day 2 – Installation procedures and troubleshooting

Day 3 – Practical assessment

Courses will be run every three months.
